Welcome! I’m Deedra. Here you will see some of my favorite photographs from recent sessions, weddings, & births. I’m Mom to four of the sweetest, cutest, funniest kids ever, and I never planned to be a photographer. I went to nursing school and worked at a hospital for 3 years…for real. Did I mention I love to laugh?! Well, I do!
Several years ago I bought my first “fancy” camera and photography flat out stole my heart! Now, I’m a photographer who is just in awe of the fact that I get to do a job that I love so much and that fits my life so perfectly! I have always loved creating and designing things and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to do that every single day!
I LOVE telling your stories! My desire is to creatively, beautifully document your wedding day, birth day, and all the “every days” in between. I want your children and grandchildren to look back at your photographs and feel as though they were there. I want them to see the stolen glances, secret kisses, and silent tears….to feel those moments with you. Even if it’s 50 years from now…
…oh and one more thing, I want those photographs to be amazing! Because life is far too beautiful for anything less than beautiful photography!

Deedra Pike is primarily self taught, but does attend workshops and classes several times each year. She has photographed engagements, weddings, births, families, and commercial jobs across the Southeast. She is a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), Wedding Photography Association (WPPI), and the International Association of Professional Birth Photographers. Deedra also serves as a volunteer photographer for the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep organization.
